Lilly | Wadsworth High School Senior Session
Lilly, a senior at Wadsworth High School, knew exactly what she didn’t want: traditional, predictable, or “cookie-cutter.” She envisioned something artsy. A little edgy. Spunky. Expressive. A session with wow moments and an urban, city-inspired feel. Interesting. Unique. Not overly polished.
So that’s exactly what we built.
Instead of soft fields and perfectly posed smiles, we leaned into texture, grit, and movement. Brick walls. Alleyways. Layered backgrounds. Light that hit just right and shadows that added drama. The goal wasn’t perfection — it was personality.
We incorporated playful, unexpected elements like colorful telephones and mirrors, using them in multiple settings to create dimension and reflection. The mirrors added depth and attitude. The bold pops of color brought energy. Every setup felt intentional but never stiff.
Lilly brought the rest. Confidence. Expression. Edge. She wasn’t trying to fit into a senior portrait mold — she was creating something that felt true to her.
This session was proof that senior photos don’t have to follow a formula. They can feel like art. They can feel bold. They can feel different.
And Lilly? She made different look effortless.
